"Previous experience here was pleasant: in-person service with drop-ins welcome. My only issue previously was being told by this office that State Farm would not write new homeowners policies in Florida, but they could put me with Citizens for a multi-line discount. When I dropped by because I wanted to add a driver to my car insurance, the office was locked with an appointment-only sign on the door. I called from the parking lot and saw someone inside looking at me as the call went to voicemail. Voicemail that was never returned, by the way. I fired Rick Fowler as my insurance agent and transferred my coverage to another State Farm agent, where I have received impeccable, responsive customer service and shockingly- a great quote for a new State Farm homeowner's policy."

"The agent who barely treated me was rude. Didn’t even attempt to listen to ANYTHING I had to say. I’ll never go there again"

"The whole story is that you came into my agency VERY ABRUPTLY stating you needed to see an Agent and ask an insurance question. When asked if you were a client, YOU became annoyed. My staff has to know who you are and how we can help you. When we found out that you were not a client at Rick Fowler State Farm or a State Farm client at all, my staff advised you that we could answer a general insurance question but any specific question(s) about your policy would need to be answered by YOUR insurance company. You didn't like that answer. There was nothing rude about that answer. It was an honest answer. You didn't like our response and you left as ABRUPTLY as you entered. We are always happy to help anyone with insurance questions but in return we would ask you to be willing to have a cooperative conversation. "

"Where do I even begin . I started my first policy with you guys when I was 16 . I am 51 know if that says anything. I did leave for a few years but decided to come back. If it wasnt for Lia Brewster I would probably be shopping for better rates . Any time i need anything she is there to answer me. At this point even if I could find better rates I would rather pay more for the service Lia gives me then paying some other company less. Its not always about the money. I no guys have our back.
