"My long time insurance company (USAA) kept going up on premiums. I began shopping around and when I called this agency they were able to get me more coverage for lower premium. "Previous experience here was pleasant: in-person service with drop-ins welcome. My only issue previously was being told by this office that State Farm would not write new homeowners policies in Florida, but they could put me with Citizens for a multi-line discount. When I dropped by because I wanted to add a driver to my car insurance, the office was locked with an appointment-only sign on the door. I called from the parking lot and saw someone inside looking at me as the call went to voicemail. Voicemail that was never returned, by the way. I fired Rick Fowler as my insurance agent and transferred my coverage to another State Farm agent, where I have received impeccable, responsive customer service and shockingly- a great quote for a new State Farm homeowner's policy."
